Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Venue-Specific Policies
Cancellation terms are set individually by each venue partner. Before completing your booking, the applicable cancellation window and refund conditions are clearly displayed on the venue's page. You are encouraged to review this information before confirming your reservation. Your booking ticket in your order history also includes the relevant policy for that booking.
2. How to Cancel
If a cancellation is permitted under the venue's policy, you can initiate it directly from your booking confirmation. Before the cancellation is finalised, the refund amount you are eligible for will be clearly shown. You must confirm the cancellation to proceed.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking — whether that is a UPI account, debit card, or credit card. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing times.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some venue partners operate a strict no-refund policy, particularly for last-minute bookings or peak-hour slots. Where a booking is non-refundable, this will be stated clearly before you confirm payment. By completing a non-refundable booking, you acknowledge and accept that no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.
5. Venue-Initiated Changes
In the rare event that a venue cancels or significantly alters a confirmed booking — due to maintenance, unforeseen closure, or other circumstances — you will be notified and offered either a full refund or an equivalent alternative slot at the same venue, at the discretion of the venue operator.
6. No-Shows
Failure to arrive for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation is treated as a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund regardless of the venue's standard cancellation policy.
7. Disputes
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied or processed, please contact us with your booking confirmation code. We will review the matter in coordination with the venue and respond within 3 working days.
